Pricing and Product Information
All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control), prices, versions, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. Please check specification and compatibility with the manufacturer or supplier prior to purchasing.
Academic Pricing & Availability
When purchasing an academic, educational or government (selected) product, it is a requirement of the manufacturer/supplier that proof of student enrolment or employment from an Educational Institution or Government Department (selected) is supplied. Simply fax proof of identification stating your order/invoice number to 07 3818 7853. Alternatively, mail to: Liberty Shopping Mall, P.O. Box 4557 Springfield, Queensland, 4300. Please note that product/s will not be dispatched until required information is received and approved.
Payment Method
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Allow 5 working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance.
Delivery of Goods
Unless otherwise stated all products are shipped FREE. Where shipping is charged freight charges can be calculated on packaging, the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery or a pre-determined amount set by the supplier of purchased goods. Select the product/s to be purchased, 'proceed to cart' and freight charges will be calculated. You may be required to receive a shipping quote before payment.
Logon Name and Password Confidentiality and Liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords. Liberty Shopping Mall will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon code and password protection and use. In the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform the office of Liberty Shopping Mall immediately.
Return or Exchange of Goods
Return or exchange of goods or services is the sole responsibility of the suppliers and manufaturers of goods you purchased. The suppliers and manufacturers acknowledges that certain rights, guarantees and warrantees governed by Australian State and Federal law will always be upheld. Please contact the supplier or manufacturer if in doubt. Returns may require you to pay a re-stocking fee. All postage for refunds are at the purchaser expense.
Warranty and Service
All products sold by the Liberty Shopping Mall partners are covered by manufacturers warranties
Backorder Cancellation Policy
Please send all backorder cancellation requests to info@libertytelecoms.com.au or phone 07 3117 0566. Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left the suppliers warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left ours or the supplier's warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.
Liberty Shopping Mall may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed. All products purchased throught the Liberty Shopping Mall will only be sent to a physical address. No P.O. Boxes allowed.
